雷吉-沃尔什在度过17岁生日后，与切尔西足球俱乐部签下了个人首份职业合同。这位青训中场自U8梯队起便加入切尔西，2024/25赛季以在校生身份代表俱乐部U18梯队出战，随后很快进入一线队训练名单。
他的一线队首秀亮相于欧协联对阵尤尔加登的比赛，当时以替补身份登场；此后又在该赛事半决赛次回合中获得首发机会。凭借这一系列表现，他成为切尔西队史第三年轻的一线队出场球员。
自今年7月签下奖学金合同以来，沃尔什已在麦克法兰执教的U21梯队中站稳主力位置。此外，他还在U19欧冠联赛切尔西战胜拜仁慕尼黑的比赛中首发出场，进一步积累了欧战经验。
